The State Preservation Board held a press tour to update Texans on the status of the stabilization and restoration project. The stabilization phase is now coming to a close and we anticipate beginning the restoration process shortly.

Texas Daughters of the American Revolution: We are happy to announce the Governor’s Mansion has been adopted as a state-wide fundraising and educational project by the Texas Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, who have more than 15,000 members in Texas.

Junior League of Austin: Governor’s Mansion Docents are active at the Junior League of Austin Christmas Affair promoting the restoration of the Governor’s Mansion.
