Texas Sends Incident Management Team to Assist with Hurricane Sandy Recovery Efforts
Gov. Rick Perry announced that a 15-person Incident Management Team (IMT) is being deployed to New York City to support its continued recovery efforts after Hurricane Sandy. The IMT, which will serve in the NYC Emergency Operations Center this evening, is composed of personnel from the Texas A&M Forest Service and local first responders from across the state.
