Tarrant County College's Northeast Campus Music Department has a variety of musical courses to offer and can accommodate study needs on an individual (private lessons - vocal and instrumental), group (Class Voice, Jazz Ensemble, Vocal Jazz Ensemble, choirs, Opera Workshop, Madrigals, Guitar Ensemble, String Ensemble and Class Piano) and theoretical basis (Harmony, Ear Training, Music Literature, Music Appreciation, Composition, Music Reading, MIDI.) We are delighted to announce that our students, after having prepared in our department, have regularly been awarded top scholarships and acceptances in major universities and conservatories, and have won various competitions. Graduates from our department are now enjoying flourishing professional careers! We are the largest Music Department in the TCC District, and offer training in many styles of music for all ages, credit and noncredit students inclusive. We are dedicated to thoroughly preparing musicians for the professional, educational, and academic world, and have four full-time professionally active faculty, plus a large, professionally active part-time staff. Our large faculty of instructors enables us to offer you the highest quality instruction, with a wide variety of schedules available.
