Accreditations/Affiliations

South Texas Community College provides students with a 2 year program. An Associates Degree in Music can be attained, but primarily transfer credit is the student's goal. South Texas Students can transfer credit to any University in the state. South Texas has ensembles including band, orchestra, choir, and mariachi. For general education, music appreication courses are offered. Classical piano (4 levels), classical voice (4 levels), classical guitar (4 levels) are available, along with applied musical insturment instruction.
