Gov. Perry Names Hubbard Chair of Grayson County Regional Mobility Authority

AUSTIN – Gov. Rick Perry has named Will “Bill” Hubbard of Tioga chair of the Grayson County Regional Mobility Authority for a term to expire Feb. 1, 2012. Regional mobility authorities help accelerate development and financing for critical transportation projects.
Hubbard is retired vice president of marketing integration for the agricultural division of the John Deere Company. He is currently a board member of the Grayson County Regional Mobility Authority, past chair of the Tioga Industrial Development Corporation, and past vice president of the Tioga Chamber of Commerce. Hubbard received a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University
