Gov. Perry Reappoints Jones to Texas Interagency Council for Genetic Services

Gov. Rick Perry has reappointed Kyle Jones of Marble Falls to the Texas Interagency Council for Genetic Services for a term to expire Sept. 1, 2013. The council evaluates the need for human genetic services in Texas and promotes a common statewide database to study human genetic disorders.
Jones is an attorney for Arnold and Placek P.C. and former assistant attorney general of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and West Virginia State Bar. Jones received a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska and a law degree from William and Mary School of Law.
