Gov. Perry Appoints Jenkins to Trinity River Authority Board of Directors

Gov. Rick Perry has appointed Harold Jenkins of Irving to the Trinity River Authority Board of Directors for a term to expire March 15, 2015. The authority oversees development and conservation of surface water resources for the Trinity River Basin.

Jenkins is president of CTJ Maintenance. He is a member of the Dallas Building Owners and Managers Association, Dallas and Irving/Las Colinas chambers of Commerce, and Texas Judicial Compensation Commission. He is also a past board member of the Texas Workforce Investment Council, Bear Creek Development Corporation, and Dallas County Child Welfare Board.

Jenkins received a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University.
