Gov. Perry Appoints Nash as District Attorney of 266th Judicial District Court in Erath County

Gov. Rick Perry has appointed Alan Nash of Stephenville as district attorney of the 266th Judicial District in Erath County for a term to expire at the next general election.
Nash is an attorney and shareholder at Coan and Elliot P.C., and an adjunct professor at Tarleton State University. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Stephenville City Council, a member and past president of the Erath County Bar Association, and a board member of Erath County Meals on Wheels and the Tarleton Equine Assisted Therapy Advisory Board.
Nash received a bachelor's degree from Tarleton State University and a law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law.
