Gov. Perry Names Tull Chair of Texas Commission on Fire Protection

Gov. Rick Perry has named Steve Tull of Valley Mills chair of the Texas Commission on Fire Protection for a term to expire at the pleasure of the governor. The commission enforces statewide fire service standards and provides education and assistance to fire service personnel.

Tull is lieutenant in the City of Waco Fire Department. He is president of the Waco Professional Firefighters Association.
