AUSTIN - Gov. Rick Perry today ordered flags on state property to be flown at half-staff in remembrance of the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor which claimed the lives of the 2,403 American servicemen and 68 civilians. Dec. 7 is “National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day” in the United States.
