    Gov. Rick Perry today credited Texas’ sound economic principles, including keeping taxes low, maintaining a reasonable and predictable regulatory climate and fair legal system, and skilled workforce with helping make Texas the best state in the nation to live, work and do business. The governor participated in a ribbon cutting for Cisco’s new Allen Data Center.
