Governor Perry’s Criminal Justice Statistical Analysis Center was created with the belief that accurate and objective information leads to good decision making.

Texas is a big state and no single point of information can provide a sufficiently comprehensive view of the criminal justice environment.

The Criminal Justice Statistical Analysis Center’s goal is to provide Texas citizens and their policy-makers with a broader perspective and a resource that connects them with the state agencies and interested groups within the private sector that are repositories for criminal justice information.
