HOUSTON – Gov. Rick Perry today credited Texas’ predictable regulatory climate, low taxes and skilled workforce with attracting jobs and companies from around the world. The governor spoke at a press conference announcing Farouk Systems’ relocation of its manufacturing facility to Houston, creating more than 1,200 jobs and generating $26 million in capital investment. The company is expected to create several thousand additional jobs within the next several years.
