Gov. Perry Challenges More Universities to Create $10K Degree Programs

Gov. Rick Perry celebrated Angelo State University's new $10,000 degree program and called on more Texas universities to follow suit. He was joined by Texas Tech University System Chancellor Kent Hance, Angelo State University (ASU) President Joseph C. Rallo and State Representative Drew Darby.
