Gov. Rick Perry is encouraging Texas employers to tap into the knowledge and skills veterans bring back from service through the Texas Workforce Commission’s (TWC) and Texas Medical Center’s Hiring Red, White & You! campaign, which connects veterans with employers and job opportunities in Texas. The governor today met with troops stationed at Fort Bliss, and thanked them for their selfless service to protect freedom around the world.
